The article presents the provisions of the psychological rehabilitation program, which was carried out under the project "Recovery during War" from the VAAD of Ukraine. It was established that its content and program principles are scientifically substantiated and formulated in accordance with the characteristics of the psychological state of military personnel. Within the framework of this program, the integration of diagnostics, stabilization, therapy and integration was carried out, and during its development and implementation, an emphasis was placed on the individual characteristics of the participants. The specified program was formed in accordance with the integrative model, based on a biopsychosocial approach associated with a combination of social, mental and physiological factors, evidence-based practice and taking into account individualization. The given program consists of four stages (diagnostic, stabilization, therapeutic and integration). Three shifts of military personnel participate in the given program. It was determined that the effectiveness of this program was tested using certain diagnostic tools, in particular: conducting a personal interview and filling out psychological support cards for recipients of psychological assistance services; using the PDEQ (a questionnaire for determining the value of the peritraumatic dissociation indicator); using the PHQ-9 questionnaire, which provides for establishing the state of depression of the respondents; using the GAD-7 (anxiety indicator assessment); using the PCL-M (a self-assessment scale used to determine the degree of PTSD) and the AIS (Athens Insomnia Scale). The assessment using the specified methods and questionnaires was carried out both before and after the rehabilitation program. The analysis showed a significant improvement in the main indicators. It was noted that the "Recovery during War" program is an effective tool that provides rapid psychological stabilization of the state of military personnel (including those who found themselves in extreme conditions of captivity during military service). The results of the program confirmed the spread of similar initiatives during similar military conflicts. The need to supplement the program with long-term interventions consisting of group therapy, individual support, and an interdisciplinary approach was identified. This will contribute to ensuring sustainable and profound changes in improving the psychological state of military personnel.
